Milam entered the staffing industry in 2019 as CEO of Hire Dynamics, which itself was acquired by EmployBridge in 2021. Before joining the staffing industry, he served more than 22 years in various executive positions at Racetrac, an Atlanta-based private company with four operating divisions in the energy and retail industries across the South.
