Fabio Boggino co-founded WorkON, the first real-time job marketplace in Latin America, in 2020 and serves as the company’s CEO. WorkON has been available in Argentina since January 2022, with more than 900 registered companies and 70,000 workers, and is expanding its operations to Uruguay and Chile. Currently, the organization is in an investment round to raise funds with the goal of expanding in all Latin American countries. Prior to WorkON, Boggino founded Jobing Consultants in 2010 and still serves as its director today.
