In February 2021, together with the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technologies (CUTI), Advice launched the Information Technology Labor Demand Monitor, which analyzes components of the labor market associated with the Uruguayan IT industry and the demand for specialized talent in the ICT field in the country. Muttoni also participated in a central panel on employment representing private companies in the Deres Conference – Sustainable Development Goals 2021.
