He started his career in Spain as commercial director for 15 years, after which he joined the Latam region to lead Adecco’s operations in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay in a very difficult business environment. He is a founding member of the Argentine Chamber of Private Employment Companies (CAPE). After stabilizing operations in Argentina and Uruguay, he was appointed to lead Mexico.
