In 2019, he completed a two-year transformation that increased his group’s efficiency by more than 20%, driving economies of scale and compliance for many of Kelly’s key back-office functions. His team also created a flexible shared service to support the three main operating units of Kelly that ensures the timely screening, placement and compliance of temporary employees. Bradley also restructured Kelly’s procurement function by aligning with the most appropriate external suppliers. In 2020, Bradley and his team will lead the onboarding of temporary employees using Kelly’s new front-office application, Bullhorn, which will add significant value to the temporary employee experience.
