Jamiel S. Saliba had more than 40 years of experience in the human resources arena and served as senior global VP/general manager of Tapfin, the managed service provider business at ManpowerGroup Inc. with more than $6 billion in spend under management. Saliba also served in the US Army for 23 years, retiring as a lieutenant colonel in 1996. Saliba passed away on Jan. 9 while on a business trip. This was Saliba’s fifth appearance on the Staffing 100 list. “Jamiel was a well-respected figure in our industry, a great leader in our company, and above all, a much-loved family man,” ManpowerGroup Chairman and CEO Jonas Prising said in a statement.
