With 2021 global revenue of $939.5 million, Airswift was ranked by SIA among the largest staffing firms in the world. Marx was elected secretary of the American Staffing Association in November 2022. She is chair of CEOs Against Cancer in the Greater Houston region. As a board member of the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business, she also serves as chair of the Business Engagement Committee.
