As the co-founder, chairman and chief data scientist of Brightfield, Jason Ezratty leads the effort to develop workflow-impacting machine learning products with its contingent workforce data consortium, the Talent Data Exchange (TDX). In 2019, TDX exceeded 400 data-contributing members and saw a threefold increase in revenue. Meanwhile, Brightfield transitioned to an analytics platform company from a management consulting firm and raised $53 million in Series A funding led by Sapphire Ventures. Brightfield also produced significant advancements in the reading and analysis of work-related contracts and built Fillability AI, a predictive model that assesses the likelihood a given staffing requisition can be filled.
