In the last year, he led the launch of alentti, an employment ecosystem that connects candidates, companies and service providers of human talent; and the successful operation of Listos brands Ready, Vision & Marketing and Outsourcing with the lifecycle of the recruitment process being digitized to support the fully remote staff. In addition, 2020 saw Listos’ partnership with Grupo Ohla solidified, consolidating Listos as a regional leader. Jimenez Cobo is a board member of the Colombian Association of Temporary Services Companies (Acoset).
