Broadleaf, an Aleron company and one of the largest woman-owned workforce solution companies in the US, experienced a major internal restructuring over the past year. This reorganization will enable Broadleaf to better support clients through a more comprehensive and integrated total talent management service offering, as well as provide employees with more opportunities for professional growth and development. Finn serves on the finance committee for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the foundation board for the Committee of 200, and as vice chair and board member of the Women’s Presidents Educational Organization.
