Giving back to the community has long been a part of Alku’s story, and in 2022, under CEO and founder Mark Eldridge’s leadership, the specialized consulting firm magnified it by creating the Alku Foundation, a nonprofit linking with other nonprofits to promote youth-serving programs in Massachusetts. Alku raised and contributed nearly $400,000, and its employees donated nearly 2,000 hours to causes they supported. Additionally, Eldridge led Alku to more than $587 million in 2022 revenue. Eldridge is vice chairman of Mass Mentoring Partnership’s board and is an active participant in SIA’s Growth Advisory Board.
