Since starting his career with Hays in the early 1990s, Robert Moffat has worked and been based in the UK/EMEA, APAC and now the Americas, where he serves as SVP client solutions, Americas. He and Hays are pioneers in the introduction and development of direct sourcing for MSP programs in the US, which led to a doubling of revenue in 2020 and 2021. Now he is part of the company’s Global Product Board, leading the effort to further integrate new technologies, cross-border sourcing and the human cloud into clients’ talent ecosystems.
