Gi Group’s regional head of Iberia and Latin America, Rui Rocheta, has had an eventful two years. He oversaw the acquisition and integration of Kelly Services’ operations in Brazil, further consolidating Gi Group as the market leader, and consolidated Gi Group’s presence in Colombia, leading the company to be one of the biggest players in the country. Additionally, he drove the launch of the group’s professional recruitment services in Latin America under the Grafton brand. He also joined the WEC-Latin America task force dedicated to the establishment of a regional branch of the World Employment Confederation.
