Rui Rocheta, regional head of Iberia and Latam, joined Gi Group in 2012 from the management consulting area, serving as country manager in Brazil for five years. During his tenure, he oversaw a four-fold increase in revenue as well as the launch of firms such as C2C, Wyser and Tack&TMI. He also led the acquisitions of Holomática, Laborh and TackTMI Brasil, positioning it as one of the leaders in the market. In 2019, he took on the Iberia and Latin America region within Gi Group, overseeing the acquisition of HumanNet in Colombia, the opening of high-value-added services in Argentina, and other strategies that have allowed GI Group to achieve growth of more than 50% within the region.
