In January 2019, The Adecco Group appointed Sergio Picarelli regional head of North America, UK & Ireland Professional Staffing; he also oversees LHH, Spring Professional, Badenoch & Clark and Pontoon, globally. Prior to this, he was regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe & MENA since October 2015 and was chief sales officer from October 2009 to September 2015. He first joined Adecco in 1993 and has been a member of the Adecco Group’s executive committee since October 2009.
