Stephen A. Saville is executive VP of operations at Cross Country Healthcare, one of the largest US healthcare staffing firms. In 2020, Saville helped support a restructuring at the company amid the pandemic; the effort was aimed at preparing Cross Country for this year and beyond. Saville first joined the staffing industry after law school, beginning his staffing career at CareerStaff Unlimited in 1994. Saville later started his own firm and also served as CEO of Medefis Inc., which AMN Healthcare acquired in 2015. He has served on state boards including the Delaware Health Information Network and Delaware Plans Management; both positions were governor appointees.
