Tig Gilliam began his career as a consultant and partner at Price Waterhouse, PwC and IBM, later becoming CEO of Adecco Group North America. As CEO since 2014 of NES Fircroft, the world’s largest engineering and technical recruitment business, Gilliam’s favorite part of the job is seeing the incredible service that the team delivers to clients and contractors. He previously served on the boards of WorkMarket and Insight Global. In addition, Gilliam is a volunteer pilot, providing air transportation to people in dire need of medical care outside their hometowns.
