Bernardo Carvalho Wertheim

Bernardo Carvalho Wertheim is the chief happiness officer and CEO of The Bridge, a digital recruitment company for digital talent. The company launched in 2016 with an investment from Startup Chile, Latin America’s biggest accelerator. The Bridge now has a team of 90 in Brazil and Santiago de Chile, working with clients in six countries, including Mexico, to which it expanded during the pandemic. With a focus on lean operations, the company carries no debt, and had US $2.2 million in revenue in 2020. Carvalho Wertheim in 2007 launched Bravo Media, a digital media production agency delivering key campaigns for various London West End Musicals such as Billy Elliot and Hairspray.
