Brendan Flood, executive chairman of Staffing 360 Solutions Inc., this year added the CEO role to his responsibilities. In January, the company realigned its organizational structure into three distinct business segments — each led by a president reporting to Flood — to drive revenue growth and profitability. Staffing 360 has completed eight acquisitions since 2013, which contributed to its growth to approximately $265 million in revenue today from nearly zero; its stated goal is to reach $500 million within the next two years, organically and through acquisitions. It became listed on the Nasdaq in 2015. Flood since 2010 led Initio International — parent company of Monroe Staffing in the US and UK-based Longbridge Recruitment — which Staffing 360 acquired in 2014.
