Burton M. Goldfield is president and CEO of TriNet Group Inc., one of the largest PEO operators in the U.S. The San Leandro, Calif.-based company held an initial public offering in March, and is the 33rd-largest U.S. staffing firm. Goldfield led TriNet during a series of acquisitions of other PEOs, including Gevity, AccordHR, Stragetic Outsourcing Inc. and Ambrose. In addition, he was named a Top 50 Business Influencer by Advantage Business magazine. He joined TriNet in May 2008, succeeding founder Martin Babinec. Prior to TriNet, Goldfield was CEO of Ketera Technologies.
