The Delmont, Pa.-based company also ranks on SIA’s list of largest healthcare staffing firms. Fusting says continuing to grow the company’s travel nurse program to 350 travel nurses over the last two years was one of his key accomplishments, and fueling the growth is culture. “It’s really about a culture of getting your team excited and getting your team engaged.” Also last year, DNA acquired Priority Medical Staffing of Shreveport, La. Fusting has been in staffing since 1998.
