Cynthia J. Pasky is president and CEO of Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions, which is No. 17 on the list of largest U.S. information technology staffing firms. Pasky founded the company in 1990, and has grown it to 26 branches in the U.S. and overseas, and recently announced the opening of its newest branch in Riga, Lativa. Pasky is heavily involved in her community and serves as chair of the board for the Detroit Downtown Partnership. Pasky began her career as a programmer and later led the University of Michigan Clinical IT Application program.
