A 20-plus year industry veteran, Edward “EJ” Jackson is a technologist supporting innovation in the staffing industry. In 1999, he launched Skills Village, the first Web-based solution that integrated with a major ERP. Jackson also helped define interoperability standards as a founding member of the HR-XML Consortium. In 2004, Jackson co-founded Provade Inc. to enable companies to integrate a vendor management system fully into their financial and HR systems. Under his direction, Provade has developed mobile applications that streamline and simplify the VMS workflow, a standalone identity management solution to support onboarding and asset tracking, and embedded support management into applications to broaden the customer experience.
