James A. Essey is president and CEO of The TemPositions Group of Companies. He is a past chair of the American Staffing Association and past president of the New York Staffing Association. He is chairman of the ASA’s legal/legislative committee, providing input on negotiating the industry’s position of the Affordable Care Act.
