Peter Quigley is senior VP, general counsel and chief administrative officer for Kelly Services. He joined Kelly in 2002 and has served on Kelly’s senior leadership team for more than a decade. Quigley was instrumental in the 2016 launch of TS Kelly Asia Pacific, Kelly’s staffing joint venture with Japan-based staffing giant Temp Holdings Co. Ltd. covering 12 Asia Pacific geographies. With a background in both law and business, Quigley also brings a unique perspective to his role as treasurer of the American Staffing Association’s board of directors. As vice-chair of the thought leadership task force and a member of the legal and legislative committee, he has encouraged the ASA to take a more expansive view of the workforce spectrum through its new strategic plan.
