Peter T. Dameris is president and CEO of On Assignment Inc., the second-largest IT staffing provider and one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the U.S. At the end of 2013, On Assignment acquired IT staffing firm CyberCoders Holdings Inc., a technology-enabled permanent placement firm with 2013 revenue of $55 million. On Assignment also acquired Whitaker Medical LLC, a physician staffing firm, in late 2013 and sold its allied healthcare operations. It had acquired Apex Systems, one of the largest IT staffing firms in the U.S., in 2012. Dameris was named a “top small cap CEO” by ExecRank in 2013.
