Rolf Kleiner is senior VP and chief innovation officer for Kelly Services Inc. Kleiner joined the company in 1995 and launched its scientific staffing unit, which has ultimately grown to the second-largest provider of scientific talent in the U.S. After seven years as Kelly’s GM for international operations, he took the helm as leader of Kelly’s nascent outsourcing and consulting solutions group, KellyOCG. In his current role, Kleiner has forged a partnership with The Center for Innovation Management Studies at North Carolina State University, an industry/university cooperative research program focused on how to manage innovation.
