Ron Kochman joined Volt Information Sciences in 1987 and served in several executive capacities, most recently as senior VP of strategic planning, before becoming president and CEO in 2012. He also sits on the board. Under Kochman’s leadership, Volt successfully repositioned its NorthAmerican staffing business, Volt Workforce Solutions. In addition, Kochman led the sale of ProcureStaff to IQNavigator in January 2014. Volt has successfully re-listed its stock on the NYSE MKT Exchange in August 2014. The New York-based firm is the 12th-largest staffing firm in the U.S.
