Sue Marks is the founder and CEO of Cielo. She previously was CEO of Pinstripe, a Brookfield, Wis.-based RPO provider. Pinstripe acquired U.K.-based Ochre House in 2013 and the two firms began operatingas the Cielo brand in May 2014. One of the originators of RPO and still on the forefront of the industry, Marks and her teams have designed, implemented and operated outsourced recruiting programs for many of the world’s notable brands. Marks is the president of Competitive Wisconsin Inc., and an active member of Marquette University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, the Golden Angel Network, HR Outsourcing Association and RPO Alliance.
