The 56th-largest staffing firm in the U.S., Nesco made its first appearance this year on the list of fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms with a compound annual growth rate of 21.9 percent from 2008 to 2012. Nesco also announced a partnership this year with online staffing platform Field Nation. McPherson joined Nesco after serving as a regional VP at Adecco.
