Troy Gregory is president and CEO of System One Holdings LLC. The Pittsburgh-based firm is the fifth-largest U.S. engineering staffing firm and 35th-largest U.S. staffing firms overall. Gregory guided the firm through two acquisitions: engineering staffing provider Joulé Inc. in the third quarter of 2013 and Compliance, a legal staffing business, from Randstad in 2011. Earlier in 2008, Gregory led the management buyout of System One from the Hudson Highland Group. His previous posts include EVP of Hudson Legal and CEO of legal staffing firms Gregory & Gregory and Attorneys on Assignment before they were acquired by TMP Worldwide/Monster, which later divested the operations.
