Enrique Bedoya is the owner and CEO of Grupo TAWA, a staffing and outsourcing company with operations in Chile and Peru. Bedoya began his staffing career at Adecco Peru before launching his own company in Lima in 2006. With a customer-oriented vision, he expanded the operations of the company to Santiago, Chile. Tawa gradually diversified its offerings and services portfolio and in 2009 began operating as Tawa international, Tawa Partners, Tawa Peru, Tawa Consulting and Tawa Chile.
