Doug Leeby is known as a pioneer in introducing an integrated FMS/VMS solution as well as the first to introduce an integrated self-sourcing solution into VMS. In 2001, he joined Beeline — one of the largest VMS providers — as head of product management and became president in 2010. In August 2014, Leeby spearheaded the acquisition of OnForce, which merged under Beeline’s portfolio of workforce solutions, including a vendor management system and Ellegro learning solutions. In March 2014, Beeline created a European data center in Switzerland to support the growing data security and confidentiality requirements for European companies. Autonomous from its parent company Adecco Group, Beeline VMS has approximately $30 billion streaming through its software.
