Harry Youtan was named Phaidon International’s CEO in late 2016, a role in which he will concentrate on delivering continued success for the group globally. Youtan launched Phaidon International’s North America business in 2013 and has since grown the company into one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the US. Under his leadership, Phaidon International in America now contributes more than 50% of the group’s global revenue, and also holds more than a third of the staff Phaidon has around the world. Youtan has strived for an organic business in which internal opportunities at Phaidon are available to existing staff first.
