Mark S. Elwood is chairman and CEO of Elwood Staffing. Joining the firm in 1987 out of college, Elwood became CEO in 2003 and in 2016 added the role of chairman. Under Elwood’s leadership, the company has made several acquisitions including most recently in 2018 when it acquired the commercial staffing division of Lyons HR. Elwood Staffing is the 10th-largest industrial staffing firm in the US and the 16th-largest staffing firm in the US overall. Passionate about giving back, Elwood and his wife established the “Mark and Wendy Elwood Substance Abuse Prevention Fund” to support educational programs that prevent substance abuse among children and young adults in their hometown in Indiana.
