Robert W. Glass was part of Robert Half’s original management team after it was acquired from founder Bob Half in 1986, helping to drive the company to its current standing as the sixth-largest US staffing firm. Since 2004, Glass has been the executive VP of corporate development for Robert Half International. In addition, he has been on the legislative committee of the American Staffing Association since 2004. Glass is the former chairman of Upwardly Global, a national organization that helps highly skilled immigrants and refugees rebuild their professional careers in the US, and he is a trustee for the Rhode Island School of Design.
