Roy Fazio is co-owner of The Protocall Group, a Cherry Hill, NJ-based firm with more than 44 years in the staffing industry. He is also chairman of Affiliated Staffing Group, also known as ASGroup, a network of noncompeting staffing firms developed to “share best practices.” One of its noted accomplishments was the forming of a health insurance coalition of 39 companies that provides coverage to more than 8,000 individuals. Fazio has also served on the boards of a community bank, a nonprofit hospice and New Jersey’s largest chamber of commerce. For the last two years, he has been nominated to serve as a civic leader/“honorary commander” for the Joint Base of Maguire-Fort Dix-Lakehurst.
