Since 2008, he has served as a National Trustee for The First Tee, and is chairman emeritus for The First Tee of Greater Baltimore. Bennett says he named his company AimFour Ventures because in healthcare today every provider references that they are pursuing a “triple aim” — but what they miss is the fourth: investing in direct care and clinical workforce, and creating the best possible experience for every team member.
