Since joining the company in 1998, he has united two national staffing companies with twelve specialty brands under one team to form Staffmark Group. In 2019, he spearheaded an internal contest that led to the launch of a mobile recruiting vehicle to reach candidates and oversaw the integration of the separate brands’ front- and back-office systems into one system. Staffmark also plans to launch a fully integrated, end-to-end native app this year that enables employees to apply, get hired and schedule themselves for shifts.
