Greg Lignelli was instrumental in System One’s record-setting performance in 2023 and spearheaded its acquisitions of RPG Resources and KeyLogic. Under his leadership, System One has evolved from an engineering and technical workforce solutions firm into a diversified, $1.3 billion-plus organization. Heading into 2024, Lignelli plans to focus on organic growth, client relations, strategic acquisition efforts and advanced technologies/automation to support the business. Outside of this work, Lignelli sits on the board for the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation and Shadyside Academy.
