After two decades leading numerous marketing and candidate-focused teams at Kelly, Jocelyn D. Lincoln became chief talent officer in 2020. Lincoln is responsible for designing systems and processes that simplify and personalize how the company connects with temporary workers, creating a digital experience that brings humanity back to the job search experience. Lincoln is also a founding member of Kelly’s Leadership in Action business resource group; a member of Calibr, an affiliate of the Executive Leadership Council; and a member of the mentoring committee for Pretty Brown Girls, a nonprofit focused on the well-being of girls of color.
