Under his leadership, Akkodis in 2023 strengthened its staffing core while growing its consulting services capabilities, resulting in more than €250 million (US $275.9 million) in total contract value sales for North America and 23% year-over-year growth for the consulting services business. Small was also instrumental in expanding Akkodis’ delivery models in nearshore and offshore locations. He sits on the board of directors for the Expect Miracles Foundation and is an active sponsor of the Adecco Group’s Military Alliance and Women Networking Group.
