In the second quarter, the company acquired a new operation and its customer portfolio, taking it to an increase of 20% in new customers compared to 2022. Navarro also helped secure alliances with European and American-Asian companies that led Human Quality to an overall territory and service expansion. Looking ahead, Navarro plans to focus on continuous growth and expansion through more alliances with international companies as well as overcoming obstacles posed by the current Mexican labor reforms.
