Randolph C. Blazer was promoted to president of ASGN Inc. at the start of 2022, having previously served as president of its Apex Systems division. ASGN is the eighth-largest staffing firm in the US with 2020 revenue of $2.8 billion and the second-largest IT staffing firm in the US. ASGN also has a business line focused on serving the federal government. Blazer joined Apex Systems’ board of advisors in January 2005 and became COO in February 2007. ASGN acquired Apex in 2012.
