Robin Mee has helped advance the careers of more than 3,000 staffing industry managers and executives since she launched MeeDerby, an executive search firm specializing in the workforce solutions ecosystem, in 1998. Dedicated to the inclusion of women and minorities in staffing, Mee through MeeDerby is a sponsor of American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership (WIL) and Women of Color in Staffing.
Mee is a founding member of the ASA’s WIL Council, was named its first Volunteer of the Year in 2016 and was elected to its board for 2024-2027 term. Mee in 2022 co-wrote Together We Rise along with 14 other female leaders in staffing. MeeDerby has earned the Clearly Rated Best of Staffing Client award 13 times, Best of Staffing Talent annually since 2020, and the inaugural Best Staffing Firm for Women in 2023.
