George Rogers turned the staffing company he founded in 1978 into a $300 million-plus nationwide franchise organization with more than 85 office locations. Rogers’ vision paved the way for four additional divisions dedicated to serving niche areas within the staffing industry — PrideStaff Financial, Rx relief, Insurance Relief and G.A. Rogers & Associates. In 2021, PrideStaff was ranked on SIA’s Largest US Staffing Firms, Largest US Industrial Staffing Firms and Largest US Clerical Staffing Firms lists. His mission — to consistently provide client experience focused on what they value most — led to the company earning ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Awards each year since 2009 as well as awards from Entrepreneur and Forbes magazines.
