Knapp joined GRI at its inception in 2014 when the MSP divisions of IQNavigator and MSX International merged; he has spent 25 years in the industry. In GRI’s second year, Knapp expanded his shared services delivery center concept to include centers in Southfield, Mich.; Denver; Colchester, UK; and Hyderabad, India. He also established a solutions and innovation department, restructured company operations, and rolled out curated talent clouds to GRI’s client base which increased talent options, decreased time to fill and increased savings.
