Robert W. Glass was part of Robert Half’s original management team after it was acquired from founder Bob Half in 1986. Since 2004, he has been the EVP of corporate development for Robert Half International. Robert Half is the sixth-largest US staffing firm. Glass has been on the legislative committee of the ASA since 2004. He is the former chairman of Upwardly Global, a national organization that helps highly skilled immigrants and refugees rebuild their professional careers in the US, and he is a trustee for the Rhode Island School of Design.
