With a proven track record of success in as CEO of Randstad’s Argentina and Uruguay operations, Andrea Ávila in May 2023 was appointed CEO of Chile as well. Last year, she worked with other CEOs of large companies to develop proposals for Argentina to return to a path of sustained development. Ávila’s leadership on issues of sustainability, diversity and gender equity earned her the recognition of her peers when she was chosen to join the board of the Center for Studies in Sustainability and Social Innovation of the Universidad Austral. She is also a member of the Argentine Chamber of Private Employment Agencies (CAPE) and a member of Endeavor’s board.
