Since 2012, Paulo Busacca has served as managing partner of the Suessa Group. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to eight countries in Latin America. Busacca also founded HRDots, a Latin American network of independent staffing companies. Recently, he coordinated the labor community of the Argentine HR Association, comprising more than 30 companies, to promote the use of best practices across Latin American recruitment organizations. Busacca is a member of the NGO Empujar, empowering young people in vulnerable situations in their first formal jobs. He is also an active member of Grupo Brasil, the Francaise Chamber and the Chinese Chamber.
